Current research
How do compliance teams actually know they're complying? Modern institutions run on mappings from rule to requirement to control to evidence. I am studying where those mappings live, how they stay current as rules change, and what makes an answer defensible when an examiner asks.
As part of this work, I am speaking with approximately twenty-five compliance and risk leaders about how this runs in practice. Conversations are anonymized; participants receive what I learn before anything publishes.
